About Pet Avatar Studio
- Pet Avatar Studio helps Shopify merchants add interactive pet-style mascots to their storefront.
- Merchants can configure mascot appearance, page placement, speech bubble text, offer text, and coupon code display settings.
Information we collect
- Basic Shopify store information needed to install and run the app, such as store domain and app installation status.
- App settings created by the merchant, such as selected mascot, placement, message text, offer text, coupon label, and coupon code.
- Basic technical information needed to operate and troubleshoot the app, such as server logs, error logs, and app embed status.
- Contact information if a merchant emails us, including the email address and details included in the message.
Customer data
- Pet Avatar Studio does not require customer account details, order details, payment details, or shipping addresses for its core functionality.
- The app is designed to display mascot messages and optional offer/coupon information on the storefront.
How we use information
- To install, authenticate, and operate the app for a Shopify store.
- To save and display the merchant’s selected mascot, placement, message, and offer settings.
- To maintain app security, troubleshoot errors, and improve app reliability.
- To respond to merchant questions, support requests, or deletion requests.
